I’ve worked with many personal trainers and martial arts coaches over many years and if you get an opportunity to learn anything from Hoss my advice is to grab it as you’ll learn a lot and have a great time. I can’t recommend him highly enough, if it’s for wrestling or tight hip flexors or anything in between he has an exercise to help.
