About Me

I have experience in participating and coaching martial arts for ten years. This involved coaching people for K1 fights, MMA fights, and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu competitions. Coaching people at a variety of skill levels giving me skills taking people from being first timers to having the confidence to give successful performances in front of crowds.
Additionally I have experience competing in martial arts for over ten years in both MMA in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Why did I Start This Business?
I still love martial arts training but it was becoming quite obvious that I wasn’t going to be able to train as often as I could when I was younger due to injuries. I was finding that loads of other people were having similar problems, in addition I was finding myself doing more and more research on how to recover from injuries so I thought it would be a good idea to try and help other people avoid getting the same injuries as myself. It’s cool, look at this dog getting back to being fighting fit.

(I don't help dogs, that's not a service I offer but I think seeing the dog getting better gives a glimpse of how rewarding it can be helping people get better.)

Why is it called Mobility Mo Problems?
I wanted it to sound like Biggie’s single “Mo’ Money Mo’ Problems” which features Biggie talking about how there are a lot of problems which you can’t fix with money. Similarly there are a lot of problems you can’t fix with mobility but both money and mobility tend to fix a lot of important problems. Money isn't the key to happiness but you need a certain amount of it in order to exist.

dunno man naming a company is kind of like getting a tattoo you just want to make it look cool, if it has a meaning that’s really just a bonus.
