Online Personal Training

Over the pandemic online personal training became a lot more popular as people weren't allowed indoors. 

Benefits of training online are:

  • You save time as you don't have to travel to and from the gym

  • You can do it at any time of the day, normally gyms are very busy at popular times (1730-1930) your bedroom is likely to have fewer people in it

  • It helps you start making a habit, if you know that every Tuesday at 5pm you're getting a sweat on blah blah blah

If you want online personal training I'd recommend you get some of your own kit, but bear in mind as long as you have a space on the ground you can lie down on you have enough equipment to get fit. 

But...

I'd recommend getting the following bits of kit, even if you don't get online training you'll be able to copy a lot of the mobility exercises I show on my Instagram channel:

(I've added links to where you can buy the products without using Amazon. I used to work in an Amazon warehouse and it was awful, it's also super convenient though so do what you feel.) 

You don't need a pull up bar but they're pretty useful not just for doing pull ups but they let you do a lot of mobility things plus they're nice to just hang from. But if you want one YOU CAN GET ONE HERE.
